Click the "Register Now" link above for online registration. Online registration only. Registrations may only be submitted by the Coach or Team Manager. Payment must be made in full via credit card at time of registration. Phone-in or walk-in registrations will not be accepted.

TEAM ROSTERS & WAIVERS:

Please read this section carefully regarding our policy and procedure for completing your team rosters and waivers online using the Team Portal. Team rosters may only be submitted online via the Team Portal as paper forms no longer exist. After your registration has been processed, you will be directed to your Team Portal. There you will use the Team Portal to invite participants to join your roster. ALL PARTICIPANTS ON YOUR TEAM MUST JOIN YOUR ROSTER USING THE TEAM PORTAL - NO EXCEPTIONS. Team rosters MUST be completed online using the Team Portal by 6pm on Friday, July 26th. Rosters will be frozen at this time. Failure to meet the team roster deadline will result in your team being pulled from the competition with no refund. All teams that register by June 30th will receive commemorative t-shirts. Any team that registers after June 30th will NOT receive t-shirts. By registering for this event, all teams agree to follow the Roster & Waiver submission policies and procedures. Roster limit of 10. Minimum is 5.

COMPETITION FORMAT:

  • Three game guarantee.
  • Teams will be randomly assigned to pools after all entries are received. Pool play with top teams advancing to single elimination championship bracket.
  • Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals awarded to the top three teams. Trophy awarded to the top overall team.
  • Please note the following amendments: 1) Play will be 5 on 5 including the goalkeeper. Teams must field a minimum of 5 players. 2) The duration of the game will be two 20 minute halves with a five minute halftime. 3) The referee may at his/her discretion eject a player or coach/manager for fighting and may determine the match a forfeit by the offending team. Teams agree to follow these regulations and guidelines by registering for the event.
  • Each team must provide a game ball.
  • This event is for ages 16 and up.
