TIME:  Check-in: 7:00 a.m./Pledge of Allegiance: 7:30 a.m./Event 1 Standards: 7:45 a.m./Competition Starts: 8:00 a.m. Complete event schedule will be posted four days prior to the event.

FEE:  $140 per team.  Same-gender teams.

REGISTRATION:  Registration will open March 1st.  Online registration only.  Registrations may only be submitted by the Team Captain.  Payment must be made in full via credit card at time of registration.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  Friday, July 10th at 6pm.  The deadline will not be extended.  No late entries.

TEAM ROSTER DEADLINE:  Wednesday, July 15th at 6pm.  Must be submitted online via Team Portal.  Please review the Team Rosters & Waiver section below for more information.

TEAM ROSTERS & WAIVERS: Please read this section carefully regarding our policy and procedure for completing your team rosters and waivers online using the Team Portal. Team rosters may only be submitted online via the Team Portal as paper forms no longer exist. After your registration has been processed, you will be directed to your Team Portal. There you will use the Team Portal to invite participants to join your roster. ALL PARTICIPANTS ON YOUR TEAM MUST JOIN YOUR ROSTER USING THE TEAM PORTAL - NO EXCEPTIONS. Team rosters MUST be completed online using the Team Portal by 6pm on Wednesday, July 15th. Rosters will be frozen at this time. Failure to meet the team roster deadline will result in your team being pulled from the competition with no refund. By registering for this event, all teams agree to follow the Roster & Waiver submission policies and procedures.


  • This is a partner competition.  Same-gender teams.  Divisions include Intermediate, Rx, Scaled, and Fitness.  Fitness Division is non-crossfit and includes battle ropes, jumping jacks, etc and will be same-gender teams.
  • There is no minimum age.
  • All participants are guaranteed four "workouts".  This could be split into 3 WODs and one floater.
  • Each workout will test the capacity and ability to perform multiple tasks and is guaranteed to be physically and mentally challenging. The workouts will not be biased to a certain type of athlete.
  • Click here for a list of movements and loads. Please keep in mind that this list is not all the exercises or the exact exercises that will be at the competition. These are examples of the movements and loads needed to compete in these divisions.  Intermediate denotes that participants have been Crossfitting at least six months.  Proficient in movement and technique.  Can do 75% of workouts as they are prescribed
  • Belts, gloves, neoprene joint sleeves, and common fitness wear may be allowed, as well as any grips and wraps, etc.
  • All accessories worn by athletes will be inspected prior to each WOD (workout of the day).
  • The events will be announced at least four days in advance of the day of competition and posted on this web site. Standards and weights will also be announced at that time.
  • On the day of the competition, athletes and judges will be shown demonstrations of each movement, so there will be an understanding of what is and is not authorized.
  • Heats will be utilized and judges will be assigned to count reps to ensure movements are performed to standard.
  • Workouts vary in the way they are judged: some are time priority (10 minutes to do as many reps as possible), some are task priority (complete 3 rounds of x,y,z exercises in the quickest time possible), and others will be most weight lifted.
  • Much of the competition will take place outside. Please be prepared for the heat by bringing plenty of water and shade structures with you.
  • There is no admission fee. Spectators and participants are encouraged to bring bag chairs and pop up tents for shade.
  • Commemorative Gold, Silver and Bronze medals to the top three participants in each division.  We will be having some top prizes that will be announced as the event approaches.
