$130 per team. Each team must supply a referee for designated matches or pay a $50 referee fee, except for the U12 division. A referee will be provided for all U12 matches. Teams must supply line judges and scorekeepers for designated matches, using the USAV Format.

ROSTERS & WAIVERS:
- Completed rosters and signed waivers are due on July 11 at 6:00 p.m. Rosters will be frozen at this time.
- Teams submitting their completed rosters and signed waivers after the deadline will NOT receive commemorative t-shirts.
- Please submit your completed roster and signed waiver by the deadlines listed above to the Sunflower State Games by mail, fax or email. Rosters and waivers will not be accepted at the tournament.

COMPETITION FORMAT:
USAV rules apply. Teams will have pool play in the morning (minimum guarantee of eight games). Tournament play will be in the afternoon. Bracket fill policy applies. A mandatory coaches meeting will take place 15 minutes prior to the first match of the day at each location. Game balls will be provided, please bring your own warm-up balls.
- Adults: There must be a minimum of four teams in a given division or divisions will be combined. Numbered shirts are preferred but not mandatory.
- Adult Definitions: Competitive - High level of competition with very experienced players. Intermediate - Mid level competition. Recreational - Just for fun.
- Youth: There must be a minimum of four teams for each age group or age groups will be combined. Numbered shirts or jerseys are but not mandatory.
