REGISTRATION:

Click the "Register Now" button above. ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY. ABSOLUTELY NO PAPER REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Click here to download and print the 2012 Individual Waiver Form. You must bring the completed waiver form with you at athlete check-in. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian's signature.
 

RELAY ENTRIES:

Relay teams must register for the meet as a team. Thus, there must be a minimum of four members registered in the data base in order to select a relay as one of your events. One payment will be made for all members of the team.

FORMAT:

For all participants the age group is determined by their age on the first day of competition. Medals must be picked up on site and will NOT be mailed. All participants are advised to bring their own water bottles to remain hydrated in the excessive heat. Water stations will be set up throughout the complex, however in an effort to reduce on waste from paper cups, you are encouraged to bring your own water bottle for refills.

RULES:

For the safety of all participants, throwers must have prior knowledge and experience throwing implements. NO FIRST TIME THROWERS! All participants must supply their own implements. For a complete list of implement weights and USATF Competition Rules, visit www.usatf.org,

OUTSTANDING COMPETITOR AWARD:

An Outstanding Competitor Award will be presented to the athlete who accrues the most total points in the meet using the 10-8-6-4-3-2-1 criteria. Relay points will be divided among all team members.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Please check in at least 45 minutes before your scheduled event. Events will begin promptly when scheduled. It is the athletes responsibility to have all warm up completed prior to competition start time. Note: As with all track meets, events may run faster or slower, depending on the number of entries. Cafeteria style denotes that you have an opportunity to complete all trials in your registerd field events within the alloted time. All result protests must be made no later than 30 minutes after the results have been posted on site. A protest fee of $75 will apply and must be paid on site. If the protest is ruled to be in favor of the protesting party, the $75 protest fee will be returned.
