Format: Ultimate Frisbee is a seven on seven field sport combining the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football. Games are self officiated. The Spirit of the Game (see www.upa.org/spirit) places the responsibility of fair play and sportsmanship on the players. Players are assumed to respect the rules and not use them to their advantage. UPA 10th edition rules will be in effect. See www.upa.org/ultimate for information on ultimate and full rules. All games will be to 13. 1 hour and 15 minutes time cap signaled by horn. Pool play will be followed by a modified elimination bracket.

Roster Changes: Coaches/Team Contact must complete the roster change form for any substitutions and additions (up to the maximum roster size) to originally-submitted team rosters. There is no charge for the first change. Each additional change will include a $5 per change proccessing fee. The roster change form must be returned to the Games office along with the processing fee if applicable (cash, money order, cashier's check or credit card) by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23. After July 23, roster changes can be made up to an hour before the start of the tournament, however, t-shirts are NOT guaranteed. Roster change form is downloadable from the right column of this page.
