ROSTERS & WAIVERS:
- Completed rosters and signed waivers are due on July 18 at 6:00 p.m. for competition taking place on July 21. Rosters will be frozen at this time.
- Completed rosters and signed waivers are due on July 25 at 6:00 p.m. for competition taking place on July 28. Rosters will be frozen at this time.
- Teams submitting their completed rosters and signed waivers after the deadline will NOT receive commemorative t-shirts.
- Please submit your completed roster and signed waiver by the deadlines listed above to the Sunflower State Games by mail, fax or email. Rosters and waivers will not be accepted at the tournament.

- Please see the Roster Change Form regarding changes made to your roster after submission. The Roster Change Form can be downloaded from the right column of this page.
- Coaches are required to have proof of age and residency for each player on their team. Player cards are not required, however birth certificates or player cards must be in the coaches posession at all times for the duration of the tournament. Ineligible players will not be tolerated.
- If a player is found to be ineligible, the coach and player will be disqualified for the remainder of the tournament and all preceding games will be forfeited. Complete protest policy can be found here.
- Roster limits: 12 for U8 & U10, 16 for U12, and 18 for U14+
FORMAT:
- Pools will be randomly assigned after all entries are received. Pool play competition with pool winners advancing to single elimination championship.
- If you are coaching more than one team, please enclose a note and we will make every effort, but no guarantee to schedule games so that you can coach each of your teams.
- Bracket Fill Policy applies.
RULES:

- Please be prepared for the heat. Bring adequate water and shade for your team.
- Please follow the complex rules set by the Sunflower Soccer Association: 1) No dogs or pets are allowed. 2) The complex is a tobacco and alcohal free environment. 3) All patrons must clean up after themselves and properly dispose of all trash.
