TIME:

Check-in/Registration: 8:00-10:00 a.m.
All participants, skippers, and crew must check in.
Skipper's meeting at 10:00 a.m.

FEE:

$30 per boat. Lunch is included in the fee.

REGISTRATION:

Click the "Register Now" button above for online registration. For mail-in registration, download and print forms from the right column of this page. Online registration is strongly encouraged.

DEADLINE:

Friday, July 13. Day-of entries accepted with a $5 late fee. T-shirts will not be guaranteed for registrations accepted after the deadline.

REGISTRATION CONTINUED:

Pre-registrations must be received by July 13 and are strongly encouraged. The skipper must register by completing the individual entry and waiver form. If you know your crew, please include their name on the entry form. Otherwise, crew members may sign up at check-in. Registration fee includes t-shirts for skipper and crew. All participants must sign the waiver form.

EVENTS:

Any centerboard class sailboat with a Portsmouth handicap may be entered. Common classes include: C-Scow, Dolphin Sr, Flying Junior, Flying Scott, Laser, Sunfish, MC Scow, and many others. Four or more boats of the same design will sail as a class. All other boats will sail under Portsmouth handicap as an open class. Adult and Youth (17 & under) will sail as separate divisions if there are sufficient numbers (four or more of each division). Medals will be awarded to the top three Kansans in each class/division, skipper and crew. (Loaner boats may be available if you are not able to bring yours. FORMAT:

Races will be conducted in accordance with the U.S. Sailing Racing Rules. Any protests will be resolved following the last race. Boats must have all legally required safety equipment on board. All rules for specific boat class must be observed. Race committee reserves the right to adjust the schedule as necessary. Rain out date for the event is July 28, 2012.
