FEE:

$110 per team. Each team must supply a referee for designated matches or pay a $50 referee fee. Teams must supply line judges and scorekeepers for designated matches, using the USAV Format.

DEADLINE:

Friday, July 8. Late registrations accepted at the commissioner's discretion with a $15 late fee. |

Completed rosters and waivers are due on July 13. T-shirts are only guaranteed to teams submitting their completed rosters prior to the deadline. Please see the Roster Change Form regarding changes made to your roster after submission. The Roster Change Form can be downloaded from the right column of this page.

COMPETITION FORMAT:
USAV rules apply. Roster limit of 12. Teams will have pool play in the morning (minimum guarantee of eight games). Tournament play will be in the afternoon. Bracket fill policy applies.
- Adults: There must be a minimum of four teams to have a Recreational Division or two divisions will be combined. Numbered shirts are preferred but not mandatory.
- Youth: There must be a minimum of four teams for each age group or age groups will be combined. Numbered shirts or jerseys are required.
