FEE:

 $25 per person, $10 for a second event. Limit two events per person.

REGISTRATION:
All participants must register through USTA at www.usta.com. Tournament ID#: 400013112. Registration opens April 27. PLEASE NOTE: All participants must sign the Waiver form prior to competition. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent guardian's signature. Click here to download and print the 2012 Individual Waiver Form Please submit the waiver form to SSG staff at athlete check-in prior to the event.

DIVISION:

*Youth Singles and Doubles: 18, 16, 14, 12 & Under.
*Adult Singles and Doubles: NTRP ratings apply.
*Parent/Child Doubles


COMPETITION FORMAT:

USTA sanctioned event. Matches are two of three sets with a 12-point tie break. It is the referee’s discretion to switch to alternate scoring from “regular” scoring in all matches. The change may be necessary to complete the tournament after inclement weather or other factors causing the tournament to fall behind its published schedule. First match loser consolation. Commissioner reserves the right to combine age groups to form a tournament if necessary.

RULES:

USTA rules will apply. All players entered must present a current USTA card or purchase one at www.usta.com. Adult age is determined by age on tournament day. Youth age eligibility is based on USTA rules. The age breaks are:
12 & Under Born 8-1-99 or after
14 & Under Born 8-1-97 or after
16 & Under Born 8-1-95 or after
18 & Under Born 8-1-93 or after

*Proof of age is required
