COMPETITION FORMAT:
Five event maximum. USA and USMS approved meet. All USA and USMS rules apply. Order of events will be posted on site. All events will be timed electronically. In addition, there will be backup timers. The pool is a 50 Meter pool.
*The competition will be run in the event order as indicated above, youngest to oldest, women then men.
