 Online registration will open April 1. For mail-in registration, download and print forms from the right column of this page.

DEADLINE:

 Friday, July 8. Late entries accepted at the commissioner's discretion with a $15 late fee.

ROSTERS & WAIVERS:

Completed rosters and waivers are due on July 13 for competition on July 16 and July 20 for competition on July 23. T-shirts are only guaranteed to teams submitting their completed rosters prior to the deadline. Please see the Roster Change Form regarding changes made to your roster after submission. The Roster Change Form can be downloaded from the right column of this page.

FORMAT:

Pools will be randomly assigned after all entries are received. Pool play competition with pool winners advancing to single elimination championship. If you are coaching more than one team, please enclose a note and we will make every effort, but no guarantee, to schedule games so that you can coach each of your teams. Roster limits: 12 for U8 & U10; 16 for U12, and 18 for U14+. Bracket Fill Policy applies.
