ROSTERS & WAIVERS
- Completed rosters and signed waivers are due on July 18 at 6:00 p.m. Rosters will be frozen at this time.
- Teams submitting their completed rosters and signed waivers after the deadline will NOT receive commemorative t-shirts.
- Please submit your completed roster and signed waiver by the deadlines listed above to the Sunflower State Games by mail, fax or email. Rosters and waivers will not be accepted at the tournament.

COMPETITION FORMAT:
USAV Beach rules apply. Teams will have pool play in the morning; two games to 21, win by two. Pool play will have a 30 minute time limit per match; win by two (minimum guarantee of six games). Tournament play will be in the afternoon; best of three, deciding game to 15, win by two. Bracket fill policy applies.
- Co- Rec: Minimum of four teams to have a Recreational Division or two divisions will be combined. Equal number of male and female players on the court or match will result in forfeit. Competitive participants must be 16+.
- Women's: Minimum of four teams. Must play with four players or match will result in forfeit.
- If more than six teams per tournament, Co-Rec Recreational tournament will be moved to Shawnee North Sand Volleyball Courts.
- Game ball provided, bring volleyballs for warm-up.
- Minimum age for all divisions is 14 unless specified.
