COMPETITION FORMAT:
The 5K follows the most challenging and aesthetic cross country course in Kansas. It includes rolling prairie, native woods, rugged ascents, and two creek crossings. Headsets are not allowed. Medals awarded to the top three in each division. Trophies will be awarded to top overall male and female finishers.
