- Completed rosters and signed waivers are due on July 11 at 6:00 p.m. Rosters will be frozen at this time.
- Teams submitting their completed rosters and signed waivers after the deadline will NOT receive commemorative t-shirts.
- Please submit your completed roster and signed waiver by the deadlines listed above to the Sunflower State Games by mail, fax or email. Rosters and waivers will not be accepted at the tournament.

COMPETITION:
Teams will play a round robin tournament with the top team from each pool playing single or double elimination, depending on the number of teams in each division. All teams are guaranteed four games. Bracket Fill Policy applies. All games will be officiated by two referees.
RULES:
- To be eligible: Co-Rec: Teams must have at least three males and three females that are 16 and over.
- Minimum number of players needed to begin a game is four. Six players will compete on a side. Maximum of twelve players per roster, no exceptions. In order to be eligible to compete in bracket play, participants must compete in at least one pool play game.
- Co-Rec teams will be made up of the following: A. Four players – 2 women/2 men OR 3 women/1 man, B. Five players – 3 women/2 men OR 4 women /1 man, C. Six players – 3 women/3 men OR 4 women/2 men
- All games will be officiated by two referees.
- Teams will play the best four out of seven games, with a five minute time limit per game.
