COMPETITION FORMAT:
FITA rules apply for shooting, range layout, and scoring.
- 65 lb. maximum bow weight. 900 Round, 48 inch face.
- Five arrows shot in four minutes, 30 arrows each distance:
- Masters and Adults: 60 M, 50 M, 40 M
- Young Adults: 60 M, 50 M, 40 M
- Youth: 50 M, 40 M, 30 M
- Cubs: 30 M, 20 M, 15 M
- Pre-Cadets: 20 M, 15 M, 10 M
- Traditional: 40M, 30M, 20M
Sanctioned by the Kansas FITA & State Archery Association. Click here to view the Bow Classification Chart to determine the appropriate event to enter. If you are shooting both Target and 3D, you must shoot each on separate days. Please include in your registration which day you are shooting. Any changes in your registered shooting schedule must be approved by the Commissioner in advance.

COMPETITION FORMAT:
No range finders allowed. Must shoot in a group of at least three shooters, but no more than five shooters. Double scoring will be enforced (use of double score cards). Anyone not in a group of at least three shooters will be placed with other shooters to guarantee consistency on scoring procedure (or assigned a SSG Volunteer). All other rules will be posted at event location on day(s) of shoot. You must select the day you want to shoot each event at time of registration. If you are shooting both Target and 3D, you must shoot each on separate days. If you are unsure of what class you need to sign up for, please contact the appropriate Commissioner(s).
